Product License

You are strictly prohibited from sharing any Raha Template Shop branded products purchased with any third party, or attempting to duplicate or redistribute the product and/or design elements in any manner.

Each product license is valid for a single use of the product, licensed directly to you for singular personal or business use. Use of the Company’s product on multiple websites for multiple businesses or personal purposes is not permitted, as each purchase constitutes a singular license for product utilization. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your product license, along with a fee equal to the approximate cost of additional unauthorized licenses violated, in addition to any applicable attorney’s fees or other incurred charges, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages for infringement of the Company’s intellectual property and violation of this Agreement.

NO REFUND POLICY

All digital products, websites, templates, downloads, and other purchases made on this Site are non-refundable under any circumstances. Purchased products cannot be exchanged for other products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Site and all its contents, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively referred to as the “Content”), and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”), are either owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. The Company does not tolerate any infringement, exploitation, or misappropriation of its copyrighted property by you or any other third-party entities. All products sold on the Company’s Site are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and the Company shall use all measures to assert and protect its rights in those products and prevent them from being used by unauthorized users.

LICENSE TO USE RAHA BRANDED PRODUCTS

Purchases made on the Site for any Raha Template Shop branded products do not grant ownership over the Company’s products or services. Your purchase does not transfer any ownership rights, privileges, or control over the product beyond the limited use permitted under these Terms. Purchases constitute the granting of a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the products for their intended purposes. Any use exceeding the intended purpose of the Company’s product will result in immediate revocation of the license, requiring you to cease use of the product. All digital products are considered delivered upon completion of the purchase process and access granted by the Company.

You are prohibited from making copies of the Company’s branded products or providing access to third parties, except for yourself, your agents, and employees. You may not sublicense, distribute, or pledge the Company’s products or any rights therein to any third party. Additionally, you shall not use any third-party software, including open-source software, in conjunction with any of the Company’s products unless such use does not subject the products to any third-party license applicable to such software or require public disclosure or distribution of any products or licensing of any products, software, or material for making derivative works. Furthermore, you shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decrypt, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works based on, or otherwise attempt to discover the Company’s source code or underlying ideas, techniques, or algorithms.

LICENSED IMAGES

All images included in any Raha Template Shop products are either the intellectual property of the Company or licensed intellectual property from third parties for use in its products. These licenses belong to the Company, and your purchase of any Raha Template Shop products does not constitute a purchase, lease, assignment, or transfer of any licenses to these images contained within the products. By accepting these terms and conditions, you understand and agree that you will not tamper with, sell, transfer, copy, modify, or otherwise edit any licensed images in the Raha Template Shop products.

You understand that the Company has multiple licensing agreements with third parties providing images to the Company for its products. These licensing agreements do not grant you any rights in these images or any permissions to use the images except as expressly instructed by the Company for customizing your Raha Template Shop product. Violation of either the Company’s rights or third-party licensors’ rights will be considered a breach of this Agreement.

LICENSED FONTS

By using this Site, along with any Raha Template Shop branded products, you understand and agree that you will be exposed to various fonts integrated into the software. These fonts represent licensed software packages from third-party vendors that have entered into agreements with the Company for use in Raha Template Shop branded products. You are not entitled to modify, copy, transfer, or otherwise make use of these fonts beyond their intended use within Raha Template Shop products. You may not alter the products in any way that would compromise the fonts included in them in a manner violating any rights held by the Company or third-party licensors. You are only permitted to modify the fonts within established boundaries and instructions but may not exceed these parameters. Any unauthorized modifications exceeding these parameters will be considered a violation of this provision.

PERMISSION TO USE WRITTEN COPY

The Company includes various examples of copy, writing, or text within Raha Template Shop branded products. Upon purchase, you are granted permission to modify, edit, copy, or otherwise change the text contained within the products. The Company recommends using the provided copy as an example to inspire your own words. You are responsible for making these edits and modifications, as the Company will not assist in making changes to the copy. You understand that other purchasers may also utilize the same copy.

RAHA TEMPLATE SHOP CREDIT

While not mandatory, the Company recommends including a credit to Raha Template Shop in your website footer when using a Raha Template Shop branded product. No compensation will be granted for offering this credit, but you may be asked to participate in future marketing efforts by the Company, using your brand or image to highlight successful examples of the Company’s work. This credit does not guarantee your participation in any future marketing campaigns but may elevate you in the Company’s consideration.

EDITING AND UPDATING RAHA TEMPLATE SHOP PRODUCTS

Raha Template Shop products are designed for customization to fit your unique needs. Upon receipt, you are responsible for editing the template to ensure proper functionality on your website. The Company is not required to assist in setting up the template. Technical issues not of your own creation may be reported to the Company for investigation and resolution. You are permitted to edit the template within established boundaries and instructions but may not exceed these parameters. Any attempt to do so will result in a violation of these terms and conditions, voiding your license to use the template.

USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Site may invite you to contribute to blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, providing you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials. You represent and warrant that your Contributions do not infringe on the proprietary rights of any third party and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Any use of the Site in violation of these terms may result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site.

CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

When you post, share, or submit your contributions to any part of the Raha Template Shop website, you automatically grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and license to use your contributions. We do not assert any ownership over your contributions. You retain full ownership of all your contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your contributions provided by you in any area on the Site. You are solely responsible for your contributions to the Site, and you expressly agree to release us from any and all responsibility and refrain from any legal action against us regarding your contributions.

We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, (1) to edit, redact, or otherwise change any contributions; (2) to re-categorize any contributions to place them in more appropriate locations on the Site; and (3) to pre-screen or delete any contributions at any time and for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to monitor your contributions.

SUBMISSIONS
